Property Description

From its vantage point high on a hillside, the eight bedroom seaview Villa Giovanni offers phenomenal views of the Tuscan countryside and across the vineyard laden hills to the Mediterranean Sea and the beautiful Maremma coastline. Located in southern Tuscany near the village of Magliano, this 18th century estate consists of an extremely comfortable villa furnished in the Provencal style. The property is still a working farm and there are horses and cattle grazing in the pastures, as well as several barns – and the villa produces one of our favourite drinking wines!

Because of its beauty and charm this complex is ideal for family reunions, wedding receptions and photo shoots.

The villa is on two floors. The ground floor features a big kitchen, pantry, satellite television room, dining room, kids’ room and billiards room. On the first floor there are 8 bedrooms (three double and five with twin beds), serviced by five bathrooms.

There is a large garden, a large heated swimming pool, and an old consecrated Chapel which can still be used for weddings. Horseback riding, tennis and golf are nearby.
