Originally built in the 18th century and renovated in 2009, this elegant italian seaside mansion pampers its guests with phenomenal service in a beautiful comfortable setting furnished with beautiful antique furniture in a modern setting.

The villa is only three kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea and offers magnificent views over the Island of Elba. Montepergoli di Sopra is just a few minutes drive from the famous town of Castagneto Carducci, and is in the heart of Tuscany’s hottest vineyards, where the internationally renown Sassicaia Super Tuscan wine is produced.

In addition to the villa’s swimming pool, the guests of this italian seaside villa have access to the beach which is reached through the owner’s estate which runs right to the coast.

GROUND FLOOR: Entrance hall; dining room which can accommodate up to 24 people and a fireplace; a large library with fireplace; drawing room; double bedroom with shower room; double bedroom for the exclusive use of the villa’s staff and another single staff bedroom with bathroom; a large kitchen with breakfast area and fireplace; ironing room and utility room.

FIRST FLOOR: Double bedroom with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom, double bedroom with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom; double bedroom with en suite bathroom; bedroom with twin beds a walk-in closet and bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR (tower): Children’s bedroom with bunk-beds and additional bed (sleeps 3) with en suite bathroom.

There are also two additional bedrooms on the first floor which contain the owner’s personal effects – these bedrooms are kept locked and are not occupied when there are guests present.

Villa Montepergoli di Sopra features a large 15- x 6-meter swimming pool which has a separate hut, sub-beds, umbrellas, and a table for outdoor lunches at the end of the garden.

The villa is surrounded by two thousand hectares of gorgeous vineyards and forests. The estate is a hunting preserve and there is absolute privacy. The Montepergoli estate extends all the way to the beach and guests have beach access. At the beach, they will have the use of the owner’s cabana with tables, chairs, a shower, and changing rooms.

Donoratico has a train station, supermarket, chemist and quite a few charming restaurants and shops. The nearest hospital is in Cecina, twelve kilometers from the villa

Villa Monterpergoli di Sopra rents exclusively on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday
