The property includes a main residence with five bedrooms and a guesthouse with one bedroom, making it perfect for hosting up to 12 guests. Main Residence (Ground Level: 2 bedrooms)
Upon entering the main residence, you are greeted by an open and spacious living area designed to blend modern comfort with traditional Tuscan style. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, offering uninterrupted views of the picturesque countryside. The farmhouse-style kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, making it the perfect space for cooking family meals with fresh local ingredients. - Extra beds available upon advanced request and within maximum occupancy number for 150.00 EUR per day (maximum – one roll away per Villa or Casali). Cots and cribs are available upon advanced request at no extra cost.
- Local City Tax: Casole d’Elsa city tax is 2.50 EUR per adult, per night, applicable up to the first five nights. Children under 11 years of age are exempt. Subject to change without notice and is collected upon check-in.
