Il Poggino is only meters away from the “ Via Francigena “ and is five minutes away from the medieval village of Buonconvento.
The Villa, a red brick farmhouse dating back to the 1600s, is surrounded by 5 hectares of cropland and sits on a hectare of open garden and features a large swimming pool (14m by 6m) an hot tub and a sauna.
The property was completely renovated in 2021 using stone, travertine and parquet materials with the aim of blending a modern style with comfort and tradition and to provide a luxurious and comfortable space for guests.
Il Poggino, 5 bedroom luxury villa near Montalcino, has a covered surface area of more than 300 square meters and it is disposed over two floors. Featuring two master bedrooms and three bedrooms each with en suite, the Villa can accommodate up to ten guests.

Master bedroom “Sunrise” – The master bedroom has a surface area of around 40 square meters and features a walk through wardrobe at the entrance, a bedroom with a Queen Size bed , a lounge area with sofa and Tv and a free standing ceramic bathtub overlooking the Tuscan hills. The room displays two bathrooms, one with double sink and a travertine walk in shower and the other with sink, bidet and wc.
Double bedroom “Dusk” – The room features a Queen bed and a wardrobe with drawers and hanging rail The en suite bathroom displays a wide walk in travertine shower, a sink a wc and s bidet.
Double bedroom “Dawn” – The room features a double bed an armchair and a wardrobe with attached chest of drawers and hanging rail. The ensuite bathroom displays a wide walk in travertine shower, a sink a wc and a bidet.
