Villa Marie has  six bedrooms in a four floors building, with 750 square meters surface and it is fully airconditioned . All floors are connected with an elevator and staircase

Noble floor main floor  – is reacheable from outside by few steps from three entrances and also from the basement from the private Spa.                                                                                                            

Entrance room – Living room with sofas and fireplace – Library room – Dining room accomodating up to 12 guests – Stylish and professional kitchen  fully equipped – Guests bathroom

First floor – sleeps 6 people – climate control and wi‐fi internet in all bedrooms                                  

Master bedroom with closet and  en‐suite bathroom with tub and separate large shower – Central living room  with sofas  sitting area with table and chairs – Bedroom either king or twin  with en‐suite bathroom with large shower –  King size bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and build in shower

Second floor – sleeps 6 people ‐ climate control and wi‐fi internet in all bedrooms – Large TV room with sofas , TV with satellite channels – Bedroom with king or twin room with en‐suite bathroom with large shower – King size room with en‐suite bathroom with large shower – King size room with en-suite bathroom –  with large shower Bedroom either king or twin with ensuite bathroom

The villa can be rented either with the use of 6 bedrooms (up to 12 pax)

Staff:  The chef, is a highly trained expert in Tuscan cuisine. The house manager is at client’s disposal. There are housekeeping and table waiting staff plus a gardener and maintenance staff. Staff have one day off per week but there will be someone on duty during the chef’s day off for breakfast service and housekeeping.
