The villa is set in a beautiful italian garden dominated by three fountains, surrounded by boxwood trees and hedges, roses, olive trees and paths with lavenders, pergolas and a large 18×8 meters swimming pool, where you can relax while drinking a glass of wine the view of the surrounding valley.
Built in the 18th-century and fully renovated just recently this beautifully restored villa with four floors, elevator, 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a private spa with indoor pool and private cellar is situated in the quiet village in Tuscany, 10 minutes from the historic centre of Lucca.
A charming vegetable garden is present nearby the villa and guests are welcome to visit it.
The private lake which dominates the north part of the estate where guests can enjoy while walking in the estate.
Comprises two separate buildings:
A beautifully restored villa with four floors, elevator, 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a private spa with indoor pool
Forno (banqueting hall) airconditioned for up 12 -18 people with pizza oven and grill on fireplace.
Staff: The chef, is a highly trained expert in Tuscan cuisine. The house manager is at client’s disposal. There are housekeeping and table waiting staff plus a gardener and maintenance staff. Staff have one day off per week but there will be someone on duty during the chef’s day off for breakfast service and housekeeping.
Villa Marie has six bedrooms in a four floors building, with 750 square meters surface and it is fully airconditioned . All floors are connected with an elevator and staircase

The fascinating villages of Monticatini, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra are all within easy distance.
