Villa di Tizzano features 8 bedrooms and can sleep up to 16 guests. It includes 7 bathrooms, with 5 private and 2 shared, spread across three floors. The layout flows from grand common areas on the ground floor to luxurious bedrooms upstairs, connected by a beautiful staircase.

Ground Floor: The Garden Room offers a double bed, private bathroom, and accessible shower, ideal for guests with mobility needs. This level also houses the Hall of Arms, a kitchen in the medieval tower, an elegant living room, a ballroom with a coffered ceiling and fireplace, a yellow sitting room, and a 19th-century library with garden views.
First Floor: 3 superior rooms—Pico Room (double bed, private bathroom with shower), Mita Room (double bed, private bathroom with bathtub and shower), and Cielo Room (single beds, private bathroom with bathtub and shower).

Pool Opening:
The pool is open from May to September. For the remaining period, it is available upon request and may incur an
additional charge. During the rest of the year, the pool can be made available upon request, with a possible
surcharge. Please inform us in advance if you are interested in using the heated pool. Heating is available only
during non-summer months and requires the cover to be maintained over the pool. A staff member will handle
the daily opening and closing of the pool (otherwise, the heat would dissipate, making heating ineffective).
