In the main villa, Capannelle has four bedrooms each with its own television, phone and en suite bathroom. There is an additional larger suite offering the same amenities. The rooms are decorated in a simple fashion typical of Tuscan style. There are several sitting rooms, two with open fireplaces, and a large dining room which can seat fourteen people. The real jewel of Capannelle is its basement winery, carved out of the underlying hillside. Here approximately 70,000 bottles of four splendid wines are produced, including the renowned 50&50 a ruby red wine made from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. The villa also produces a wonderful Chardonnay, the exceptional Solare di Capannelle. Starting in 2015 there is a two bedroom annex located just twenty meters from the main villa, offering two plush bedrooms with matrimonial beds, each with its own en suite bathroom,
The dramatic infinity pool gives panoramic views over Capannelle’s olive groves and vineyards down to the village of Gaiole below – which is only a five minute walk from the villa.
