The ground floor and principal living area intuitively flow from one space to the next: an impressive double lounge sitting room with fireplace leads to a separate dining room and wonderful huge gourmet kitchen with travertine benches and island and a second casual dining area.
There is also a separate library room, a full laundry, walk in pantry and independent bathroom. One of the five double room with en suite bathroom is located on the floor.
The First Floor features the Master bedroom with ensuite including large double jacuzzi as well as the three Double Bedrooms each with ensuite.
The ground floor open up through French doors onto a large paved area for outdoor entertainment separated by a perfectly manicured lawn from the contemporary wet edge grey saltwater infinity pool (16 x 5 m) with wide full length perfectly proportioned steps.

Check-in/out: Check-in from 4 pm and check-out by 10 am. Late check in needs to be confirmed prior to arrival; 2 sets of keys will be handed to guests to have independent access to the villa.
All additional services can be arranged separately e.g. transfers, private driver, private chef, additional housekeeping, massage, tours etc. When possible advise before arrival.
