Villa Belvedere has 7 spacious ensuite bedrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests in total. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and includes air conditioning. The villa also features a semi-professional kitchen, a welcoming living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and an elevator leading to a dedicated wellness area.

Ground Floor: A grand entrance opens into the main living space and dining area, both filled with natural light. The semi-professional kitchen sits adjacent, offering direct access to outdoor terraces.
First Floor: 4 ensuite bedrooms, each carefully designed for privacy and relaxation. Large windows frame panoramic views of the countryside.
Second Floor: 3 additional ensuite bedrooms with cozy furnishings.
Lower Level: The wellness area is here, equipped with a sauna, steam room, indoor jacuzzi, and two treatment rooms. You will also find the villa’s wine cellar on this level.

Outside, the saltwater infinity pool stretches toward the horizon, overlooking the rolling hills of Chianti. Lush gardens bloom with native plants that change through the seasons. Stone-paved paths wind around the property, leading to tranquil seating areas where you can enjoy the views or sip local wine. Nearby, San Gimignano’s medieval towers are 30 minutes away, and local villages like Greve and Radda, known for wine tasting, are within 20-30 minutes.
