We here at TuscanDream are excited to offer an amazing Spring holiday and culinary experience, as we invite you to join us in Lucca for our Gourmet Cooking School and Wine Experience under the guidance of acclaimed chef Valentino and sommelier Larissa.    Valentino, known to many as the former chef at the revered Lo Scompiglio in Lucca and noted Sommelier Larisa will teach you the art of Tuscan cuisine and wine in an exclusive hands on experience in one of the most delightful settings in all of Tuscany if not Italy – the palatial and magnificent Villa Daniela in Lucca!

We invite you to learn and master the secrets of our cuisine and experience and learn the gastronomical Nirvana that has made Tuscany world famous for our spectacular cuisine and wines!    You will learn the joy of preparing your own Italian lunches and dinners under the watchful eye of Valentino, from appetizers to deserts.  You will learn new kitchen techniques and special tips, delight in new flavors and aromas and relish the relaxing and fun atmosphere.  Your culinary experience will not be complete without being paired with wines chosen to match the meal.
