Ground Floor: Entering through Villa Tavernaccia’s main entrance to the left there is a large well-furnished living room, with a fireplace and a flat-screen satellite television. On the right of this hall is another well-furnished living room which also has an antique card table.
There is a large dining room accommodating 20 diners, which connects to the well-furnished, newly renovated kitchen. There is a small library for guests who want some privacy on their computer. There is one bedroom with king size bed an en suite bathroom and flatscreen television. This bedroom is perfect for handicapped guests and has an exterior door that leads to the gardens and the pool.
First Floor: there are four bedrooms with king size beds each and 2 bedrooms with twin beds ensuite bathrooms and flatscreen televisions. Our favourite bedroom is the corner bedroom with windows facing three different directions. The bathrooms have bathtubs and are furnished with ceramic tiles made in Naples.
Mezzanine Floor: one bedroom with queen size bed and its own en suite bathroom and flatscreen television.
Up one more staircase to the tower there is a spectacular Belvedere living room, with a full 360-degree view over the estate and the Chianti hills!
The villa is surrounded by well-maintained gardens. There is a small outdoor theater, a large heated swimming pool with a depth of 2.5 meters, and a beautiful. newly built grass tennis court.
There is a large outdoor dining area, and there are swing sets for young children. The villa has vast vineyards and olive groves and it has hard to believe that you have such a beautiful big estate and are at the same time this close to Florence!
2026 Rental Price
- Peak Season: May 30th/August 29th – 37.500 Euros per week
- High Season: May 2nd/May 30th – August 29th/Oct 3rd – 35.000 Euros per week
- Mid Season: March 28th/May 2nd – Oct 3rd/Oct 31st – Dec 19th/Jan 2nd 2027 – 32.500 Euros per week
- Low Season: Jan 2nd/March 28th – Oct 31st/Dec 19th – 25.50o euros
INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COST:
- English speaking housekeeper and gardener Marcella and Remus for the house cleaning (4 hours service per day, 6 days per week)
- Garden and Pool maintenance. Daily room cleaning, bed making, weekly bed and bath linen changing.
- Pool towels changing two times per week
