A short drive from the medieval walled city of Lucca and not far from the Mediterranean Sea, the villa is within walking distance to town, to local restaurants only a few minutes drive from Lucca.

This opulent 6 bedroom lucca villa was built in the traditional Lucca style and features all the amenities one would expect of a five-star hotel. From the moment you enter Boschiglia’s gorgeous iron gates through the cypress tree-lined driveway, you are transported to a land of elegance, style, and charm that you often hear of but never until now experienced.

VILLA LAYOUT

On the ground floor, there is a large and well-equipped gourmet kitchen. Adjoining the kitchen there is a large and beautifully furnished dining room with a large fireplace. There is also a bathroom and a laundry room.

On the first floor, there are three large junior suite bedrooms each with beautiful and spacious en suite bathrooms. Each bathroom has a clawfoot bathtub, as well as a shower. There is also a large living room with beautiful carpets, a piano, and antique Tuscan furniture. On the second floor are three additional large junior suite bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, again with each bathroom having a clawfoot bathtub as well as a shower.

The villa also includes a library, an entertainment room with home theater television. Boschiglia has a computer and is equipped with DSL high-speed internet.

Villa Boschiglia is in the middle of a private park surrounded by olive, oak, lime, and magnolia trees. Within the park are wonderful gardens of roses, bougainvillea, and aromatic plants surrounding a gorgeous Roman-style swimming pool.

There are very comfortable high-quality lounges and umbrellas surrounding the pool, and a fantastic pergola perfect for al fresco dining.
